Victor Starshinin, 69 passed away on December 29, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Victor was born on October 1st, 1956 in Russia and immigrated to United States in 1995. Victor was known for his intelligence, kindness and the love that he had for his family. He worked in the fields of physics and computer science. He loved reading, hiking, skiing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Victor is survived by his wife of 45 years, Vera Starshinina; his children Svetlana and Anna; his sister Tamara; and his four grandchildren: Claudia, Zoya, Michael and Victoria.
