Timothy McCarthy passed away on August 27, 2023. Beloved son of the late Agnes and the late Timothy F. McCarthy. Loving life partner of Mary Ann Quinton. Dear brother of Kathleen Werner (James), Marilyn Murphy (Lawrence), and Debra McCarthy. Proud uncle of Christopher Werner (Randi), James Werner (Lauren), Katie Bradley (Michael), and great uncle of Timothy James, Adaline, and Jackson. Tim is also survived by many loving cousins and cherished friends. He was a New York City Police Officer for 33 years, a Trustee of the Elks Staten Island Lodge 841 and a member of the NYPD Honor Legion. Timothy was an avid scuba diver and hunter who always made time to help family and friends. His quick wit and kind heart will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
