Family and friends will gather for a celebration of Tommy's life on Saturday, September 7th from 2 PM - 6 PM at the Salty Dog, 7509 Third Avenue, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn .

Thomas Aquinas Pacella was born on June 13, 1959 and was a lifelong resident of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn until his sudden passing on July 29, 2024.  Tommy was pre-deceased by his mother and father, Elsie May (nee Andreassen) Pacella and Thomas Pacella.  He is survived by his loving cousins Jeannie Walla (John), Jack  Donohoe (Daureen), Janis Kaiser (Kevan Olesen), Gary Kaiser (Lucinda), Patricia Donohoe and Paul Kaiser (Rose Kadende).  He was pre-deceased by his cousin Mark Vitucci (Nina).  After graduating from Xaverian High School, Tommy attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice.  Tommy was a fervent advocate for FDNY and the NYPD as well as a huge sports fan and spent his working life in the services industries.  Tommy will be missed by family and by the many, many friends he had in Bay Ridge who fondly referred to him as "Big T". Tommy will be interred at Green-Wood Cemetery.
