Sidney Filson, age 83, of Manhattan, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 9, 2023.  Funeral services were held by her loving son Paul and his wife Helene of Bonita Springs, FL.  Sidney was an accomplished writer, magazine editor, painter, actress and noted martial arts instructor.  Her Father Ben and Mother Pearl were waiting for her in Heaven with open arms.  She was a loving mother and an inspiration, with a kind heart, to everyone she met.  Mom, we will see you again in Heaven.
