Salvatore J. Squitieri, beloved husband, devoted son, brother, brother-in-law and uncle, passed away on Friday July 5, 2024.

Sal was a retired Pharmacist who owned his own pharmacy in Lower Manhattan as well as being a veteran of the U.S. Army. During the Vietnam War, Sal was stationed in South Carolina as a pharmacist supporting the war effort from the home base. Sal enjoyed long Sunday drives, cruising and travelling to Alaska, parts of Canada and New Orleans, photography, technology and cooking.

Of Syrian and Italian heritage, one of Sal's greatest pleasures was cooking Middle Eastern food for his family on New Years Day as well as for the annual family picnic. Always surrounded by his many nieces and nephews, family traditions and holidays were always cherished.

Sal will be missed by many.
