A native of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn she also had strong ties to Norway where she enjoyed visiting family, friends, and nature. A Brooklyn College graduate, she majored in Social Studies and developed strong analytical skills and love of literature-skills that were invaluable in her career. After she found her voice, she relished asking questions and sharing stories with friends and strangers alike. She will be sorely missed by her sister, family, friends, and cats.
