Phyllis Regan, a life-long resident of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021--- one week shy of her 84th birthday. She was the daughter of the late William and Susan Fraser, wife of the late Donald Regan, and sister of the late Anne Cochrane and William Fraser. She is survived by her niece Leslie Neugent, (Chris), nephews, Stephen Fraser (Rosanna) and Michael Fraser (Kelly), her sister-in law, Ellen Fraser, great nephews Ryan and JJ Neugent, Xander and Wesley Fraser, and great niece, Lily Fraser and many loved ones in Scotland. She also leaves behind many dear friends who felt like family. Phyllis was truly a force of nature. She worked in the advertising business at Jordan Case and McGrath on Park Avenue in Manhattan for many decades. Her love of life was infectious, her glamour unmatched, and her generous spirit overflowed on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She cherished her Scottish heritage and told everyone she met how proud she was to be a New Yorker. Brooklyn has lost one of its biggest fans.

She will be deeply missed by so many.
