IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Nicholas M.
Quaglione
July 3, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Nicholas M. Quaglione, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Born in Brooklyn, New York, on September 29, 1942, to John and Lucille Quaglione, Nicholas was a lifelong Brooklynite who built a life rooted in family, faith, and community.
Nicholas was the beloved older brother of Philip Quaglione. On July 3, 1970, he married the love of his life, Anita Sergio, and together they shared 55 beautiful years of marriage. Their union was blessed with two children: Lauren (Quaglione) Giannone, married to Corrado Giannone, and John Quaglione, married to Kerry (Izzo) Quaglione. Nicholas was a proud and loving grandfather to Sophia, Natalie, Michael, and Olivia, who brought immense joy to his life.
He built a successful career in the insurance industry, working as an underwriter and agent, where he was known for his integrity, dedication, and professionalism. But his greatest pride was in the family he raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, where he was a pillar of strength and warmth.
Nicholas was involved in his community, especially through St. Anselm Church, where he volunteered for youth activities and served as a little league umpire during his children's younger years. A passionate sports fan, Nicholas was an avid supporter of the New York Mets, cheering them on through every season with unwavering loyalty.
Nicholas will be remembered for his unwavering love, his gentle spirit, and his quiet strength. He was a wonderful husband and a loving father whose legacy lives on in the lives he touched. His memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends.
He will be deeply missed and always remembered with love.
