McNEELY, Mary (nee Miller) on March 20, 2018. Beloved wife of the late William F. Loving mother of Susan Hudec (Donald), Sharon Cesario (Frank), Coleen Kumar (Sampath), Jacqueline Vuono (Robert), and William F. Jr. (Michele). Proud grandmother of Donald Hudec Jr., Jacqueline Hudec, the late Patrick Cesario, Frank Cesario Jr, Samantha Stewart, Michael Kumar, Stephanie Vuono, Nicole Vuono, Robert Vuono, Chelsea McNeely, William F. McNeely III, and Riley McNeely. Loving great-grandmother to Michael R. Kumar.

Mary was a parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Brooklyn, for many years, until she moved to Staten Island where she was a parishioner at St. Ann's Church.  She is also survived by two brothers, Thomas and Edward Miller, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mary was proud of her work as a waitress and hostess at Shrafft's Restaurant in Manhattan many years ago. She also worked in retail at the former May's Kiddie Shop in Brooklyn, as well as for the Board of Elections. Trained as a young girl by a French culinary chef, she was famous for her pastry and pie-making skills. She was fond of travelling, particulary cruises and her favorite place to visit was Bermuda. Throughout her life, Mary remained devoted to her family, and will be greatly missed.
