SINNOTT, Marion A. on March 2, 2017.  Beloved daughter of the late Edward Francis and Marion Devoy Sinnott.  Predeceased by her lifelong friend Catherine "Kay" Walsh.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and her half-sister Patricia Hayes. Before her retirement, Marion worked for many years for Helen Keller Services for the Blind in downtown Brooklyn.  She enjoyed several hobbies, including bowling and photography; excelling and winning awards for achievements in both.  She also loved to swim, play the piano, sing, and enjoyed reading.  Traveling was a passion of hers, taking many cruises and tours throughout the years.  She was an avid genealogist, and proud of her Irish heritage.  Family historian, volunteer family researcher, and contributor to the Brooklyn Historical Society.  Proud former member of the Our Lady of Angels Church Choir along with several church clubs and activity groups. She will be missed by her many family members, friends, and acquaintances, alike.
