Librizzi, Maria (nee Mazzone), age 72 passed away peacefully on November 20, 2022.

On October 15, 1950, Maria was born to parents Giuseppe and Filomena Mazzone.  She was the oldest of 3 children.  Dominick and Joseph Mazzone are her brothers.  Maria and her brother, Dominick were born in Calabria, Italy.  Giuseppe came to the US in 1955 and went back to bring his family over after he was settled in 1959.  Maria quickly assimilated into the United States.   She met and married John Librizzi and had two daughters. Maria was full of life and those around her never knew what to expect.  She met many challenges to her physical health with grace and perseverance.  Her four grandchildren, Francis, Josephine, Joseph and Allison gave her strength and joy.  Her spirit will forever make us smile.

Maria is survived by her loving husband, John, her daughters Danielle (Tom) and Melanie (John) as well as her devoted grandchildren, her brothers and her nieces and nephews.
