Marcela Godinez Torres, devoted mother, wife and sister passed away peacefully with her daughter and husband by her side at her home on April 3rd 2025. She was the heart of her family and her early departure will leave a void that will never be filled. Despite all the hardships Marcela was faced with throughout her life, she had always found a way to persevere and provide comfort and care for her family. Marcela will be very dearly missed and her memory will be carried out in our hearts forever. As we gather during this Lenten season, we respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing flowers.

"That I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death" (Philippians 3:10).

Marcela Godínez Torres, devota madre, esposa y hermana, falleció en paz junto a su hija y esposo en su hogar el 3 de abril de 2025. Era el corazón de su familia y su temprana partida dejará un vacío que jamás se llenará. A pesar de todas las dificultades que Marcela enfrentó a lo largo de su vida, siempre encontró la manera de perseverar y brindar consuelo y cuidado a su familia. La extrañaremos profundamente y su recuerdo permanecerá en nuestros corazones para siempre. Al reunirnos durante esta Cuaresma, les pedimos respetuosamente que se abstengan de traer flores.

"Para que lo conozca a él y el poder de su resurrección, y participe de sus sufrimientos, llegando a ser como él en su muerte" (Filipenses 3:10).
