Seubert, Lorraine M. (nee Hagan) on March 22, 2020, one month shy of 102. Born on April 21, 1918, she was the beloved wife of the late Andrew, the loving mother of Andrew (Barbara), Xavier John, O.F.M., Kathleen Marcello, the late Christine Seubert-Bourque (George), and the proud grandmother of Tara Boljonis, Jena Marcello and Zane Seubert. Lori, as she was known, raised four children by herself, while working full time over the years, and studying to be a dental assistant and office manager. Regarded by those who knew her as the good Samaritan of Bay Ridge, she was often seen helping those in her apartment building and in her neighborhood, leaving ample supplies of chocolate chip cookies behind. She was the recipient of the Extraordinary Women Award from the District Attorney's office in Brooklyn for her life of service in Bay Ridge. In her passing, we have lost a strong woman of faith, but, perhaps, have gained an angel in training.
