In 1964, Lillian began her real estate career as a salesperson with Dyker Real Estate Co. on 13  ^th  Avenue.

In 1966, her broker, Michael Geshan opened Hamilton Estates Co. at 9001 5  ^th  Avenue, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

Michael Geshan passed away in 1975 and Lillian continued the real estate business with Sally Sabah, as acting broker.

In 1978, Lillian became a broker and took over Hamilton Estates Co.

During the 1980's, Lillian served on the Bay Ridge/Bensonhurst MLS Board, serving as President from 1982 to 1983. She also served on many committees.

Besides her love of her family and California, she shared her love of travel with everyone. Nothing tied her down.

Lillian was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews, Maria, Victoria, Carolyn, Joseph, Anthony (deceased), Carolann & Janet.

Lillian was a beloved great-aunt to Marla, Adam, Joseph Jr., Michael, Domenica, Angelica, James II (deceased), Daniel, Anthony, Veronica, Katherine & Christine.

Lillian was a proud great-great aunt to Adeline, Eliana, Samuel, Joseph, Cameron, Jackson & Nicholas.
