Kevin P. Johnson, 69, of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on April 19th 2024. He passed away peacefully at Promenade Rehabilitation Center after several years of their great care. He was born on April 20, 1954 in Bay Ridge Hospital to Arne and Eva Johnson.  Kevin Johnson graduated from Brooklyn Tech High School, John Jay Criminal College and went on to have a successful career as a Senior Court Officer.  He was known for his humor, love of sports and kindness.  In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kevin was a devoted brother, uncle, and son.  Kevin was actively involved in charity work at Mary Manning Walsh Nursing home where he helped organize the Special Olympics.  He was an incredible hockey player, golfer, and sports forecaster.  He had a love for his family, friends, horse racing and the Cincinnati Bengals. He will be remembered for his loving, kind ways and always making others laugh.

He was survived by his brothers Kenneth and Arthur, his sister-in-law Theresa, his nieces Tara and Tayla, and nephew Jack. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Clavin Funeral Home from 2 PM - 4 PM.  Kevin Johnson will be deeply missed by all who knew him, may he rest in peace.
