Kenneth V. Lipio died peacefully in Lenox Hill Hospital on January 18, 2019 in New York, New York at the age of 64.

Ken is survived by his loving mother Elisa, his brothers Denis, Ronnie, Jong, and Alan, and his sister Bet. Ken is also survived by 6 nieces and 5 nephews.

He was born in Manila, Philippines in 1954. Ken graduated with a degree in interior design in Madrid, Spain and fashion design at the Accademia di Costume e Moda in Rome, Italy.  He moved to New York City in the early 1980's to pursue a career in the fashion industry.  Ken retired in 2018 from Gelmor Trading after a long and successful career as their Director of Sales.

His interests included the opera, arts, jewelry, fashion, cooking, good food and travel.   He is remembered as a loving and generous person who was a source of great strength to his family.  He is also remembered for his quick sense of humor and love of life.

Memorial Service will be held at St. Patrick's Church, 9511 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209 on February 2, 2019 at 10:30am.
