Keith passed away on July 21, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. He was born on October 28, 1948 in Jamaica, NY to Emma Alvarez (née Orlando) and Herbert Jones. He proudly served in the USMC from 1965 through 1968 in Camp Pendleton, San Diego, CA. and Vietnam before being honorably discharged.
He worked for Con Edison for 36 years retiring as a Commercial Service Representative in Engineering. Beloved brother to Kevin Alvarez (Randa) and Michael Alvarez. Beloved uncle to Michael (Lauren), Kevin Jr., James and Kristopher Alvarez. Great uncle to Demi Rose, Harper Rose, Kitana and Joseph Alvarez. Beloved partner to Mary Hynes.
