Joseph J. Anello passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021.  He was born in Manhattan on January 16, 1946 to James and Charlotte Anello.  Joe was the youngest of four boys, Peter, Jimmy and Jerry.  Joe is survived by his wife Ada, his children Christopher, Nicole and Matthew, his nieces Nina, Stephanie and Kristina, his nephew Jimmy and his many grandchildren.  Joe was a police officer in the NYPD for 15 years.  He was also a member of St. Anselm parish for over 40 years, where he led the cub scouts, the chess club, and was a baseball and softball coach for his children.  Joe is now at peace with his parents, brothers and his late son, Joey.
