Jason was predeceased by his father John P. Herbert, his mother Veronica P. Herbert, his brother John E. Herbert and his brother James A. Herbert.(Sharon) Jason is survived by his sisters Veronica Dineen (Ray), Marian Herbert(Eddie), brothers Joseph Herbert(Barbara), Jeffrey Herbert(Irene), and Joel Herbert.

Jason is loved by his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Ryan, Kevin, Kelly, Kerry, Kristin, Bethany(deceased), Allison, John Patrick, Joseph, James and Genevieve. And his great nieces and nephews, Collin, Riley Rose, Fiona Rain, and Teaghan Sky.

Jason was a loving and caring person. His passion was the restaurant industry. While living in Bay Ridge Jason was respected for his talent as a waiter in Nightfalls and Embers.

Jason relocated to Massachusetts where he assisted his brother and sister in law in their restaurant. Jason later lived in Florida for a period before settling in South Jersey.

Jason was loved by his family, his many friends, and the people he helped along the way. Jason may you rest in eternal peace.
