Irene Hernandez passed away peacefully at home on December 26, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.  Beloved wife of Miguel Hernandez Sr.  Devoted mother of Miguel Hernandez Jr. (Melinda) and Nelson Hernandez (Sarah).  Proud grandmother of Kristina, Miguel III, Keith, Corey, and Blaise. She is also survived by many loving relatives here in the U.S. as well as Puerto Rico.  Irene lived in Brooklyn for over 70 years.  Irene will be dearly missed by a countless number of family members and friends.
