We regret to announce the passing of our brother Gerard (Jerry) F. Reiser as he very gently transitioned from this life to the next on Thursday February 11, 2021. We are incredibly grateful for the care he received at Eger Healthcare Facility in Staten Island, N.Y. The simple acts of kindnesses, thoughtfulness, and dignity afforded to Jerry during these past 10 years at Eger was extraordinary. It was not only a great comfort to Jerry but to our family as well, knowing that all his needs were met daily. Jerry leaves behind his sisters and brothers: Therese, Bob, Greg and Denise, Chris, Colette and Russ Hittinger. Sons: Gavin, Declan, and their mom Taia Bonewitz-Fussel. Nieces and Nephews: Laura and Jon Bentley, Mark Reiser, Will Hittinger, and Nolan Bentley. "Till we meet again but perhaps not too soon."
