Devoted mother of Kathryn Willard and Paulette Dignon (Walter). Dear sister of George Manos (Evelyn) and the late Bessie Horning. Graduate of the Greater Nanticoke High School Class of 1944. Attended Wilkes Barre College of Business and Technology in Pennsylvania. Treasurer of Kimisis Theotoku Greek School. Vice President of the Hellenic Chapter of Daughters of Penelope Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Frieda and Steven were the proud owners of Manars Tavern and Restaurant in Brooklyn, New York for over 20 years.
