At home surrounded by her family who truly loved and cared for her. Proud retired Navy Reservist. Loving daughter of the late Bridget Frances & Matthew. Dear Sister of late Matthew, Edward, Mary & Catherine (her twin). Beloved aunt to the Durney family. Aunt Fran was a proud American.
