Evelyn Bernadette Chambers Davis peacefully passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017, at the age of 95. A life-long resident of Brooklyn, Evelyn was cherished by Albert, her husband of 74 years. Together they built a life nearly unmatched in its love and longevity. While raising six children, Evelyn was devoutly dedicated to the parish of Our Lady of Angels church and school, where she could often be found happily volunteering or attending one of the many clubs and meetings which went hand in hand with having a large, active family. Evelyn was predeceased by her son Kevin. She is survived by her husband and five children: Bro. Brian, CFX; Myles; Michael (Richard DeFuccio, dec.); Nancy (Frederick Roffman); and Edward (Marlene) Davis; as well as her adoring grandsons, Robert, Ryan and Michael Davis and Luke and Kyle Roffman. For those who knew her, Evelyn leaves a legacy of deep faith and love of family. May she rest in peace.
