Eddie Glynn was a lifelong parishioner and dedicated volunteer of his beloved Our Lady of Perpetual Help, until recent years.  Eddie served as past President of O.L.P.H.'s Parish Council, was a member of the Holy Name Society, and the Knights of Columbus. Eddie was very active for decades in the Right-to-Life and Pro-Life Movements. Eddie cared for the sick and always prayed and visited with the elderly on a weekly basis.  He was also a member of the Rosary Society.

Eddie retired after many decades having worked in the financial industry. He always took care of his family in Ireland by sending them money. Eddie was best known in recent years for being the ultimate fundraising ambassador for the O.L.P.H. Twirlers. You would always find Eddie selling chances in the vestibule after all the  O.L.P.H. masses and at competitions, as well as Leif Erickson. He had a special charm about him. He was the ultimate gentleman and friend. Mr. Reliable. We will miss your smile and your generosity. We were blessed to have known you Eddie Glynn.  Until we meet again.
