Deborah (Proscia) Payne, age 69, passed away in Hospice in Bay Ridge on February 5, 2023. Debbie passed away from complications from Alzheimer's and Liver disease. Beloved wife of Bill Payne, mother of Jeanine Payne and Grandmother of Markus Grunde. Survived by her twin sister Nancy Moore, her Brothers William and Christopher Proscia, son-in-law Alex Grunde and her extended and loving family. We will miss her dearly. A lifelong resident of Bay Ridge, Debbie graduated from Ft Hamilton HS in 1972 and worked on Wall Street and Madison Avenue and was the center and rock of her family. To those who knew her best as Tante Deb, she opened up her heart and home to anyone who needed her. She selflessly gave of herself and asked nothing in return. No more pain, no more tears.
