Gregory Dixon died on September 20th in Brooklyn, New York. Born in 1945, he was raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Greg attended Our Lady of Angels School, Regis High School, and the University of South Carolina. He worked for Zim International Shipping Company for 34 years and at retirement was Vice President of the North Atlantic Region.

His was married for fifty-one years to Maggie McGinty Dixon. In addition to his wife, Greg is survived by his sons Mark, Andrew and Luke, as well as Luke's wife Hesper and sons Rafe and Bram. His passion was serving as the Deacon at St. Andrew's the Apostle Church for over 37 years. He loved the church community and was dedicated to his fellow parishioners.
