Daniel passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020, surrounded by his family.

He was the beloved husband of Mary for nearly 40 years, dedicated father of Daniel, Grace, Andrew, and Mary, dear father-in law of Christine, Jessica, and Sean, and loving grandpa of Andrew, Connor, Rosemary, and Sean. He is also survived by his sister, Eunice and his brother, Michael.

Daniel proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, worked at American Express for 20 years, and retired from the New York City Transit Department after 30 years of dedicated service. Born in Bayonne, New Jersey he raised his family in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn where he routinely dined at his favorite restaurants with his wife, with whom he walked the beautiful neighborhood hand in hand, and was a member of Our Lady of Angels parish.

This funny, intelligent, and always generous man will be missed by his family, former colleagues, neighbors, and friends and is truly counted among the best of the good guys.
