Charles Falco passed away on July 31, 2019 at the age of 89. He was a lifelong resident of Brooklyn. He was born on September 15, 1929 to Luigi and Francesca (Fiore)Falco. He graduated George Westinghouse Vocational High School in 1948. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. On June 7, 1953 he married the love of his life, Josephine Loiodice. Together they had three children.  He worked for Auth Electric as a sheet metal worker until 1974. He then went to work for the city of New York in the traffic department until his retirement in 1994.

Charlie is preceded in death by both parents and his wife of 55 years, Josie.  He is survived by his two daughters Frances (husband Robert), Marie (husband Albert) and son, Louis.  He was a loving grandfather to his four grandchildren Christina, Andrea, Natalie and Frank.

Charlie loved spending time with his family especially in the summer months when he would be in the backyard in front of the barbecue cooking a meal for family and friends.  Cooking was a passion of his. He would often prepare lunch for his coworkers, who nicknamed him, "Chief Cook Charlie".
