Catherine (Kitty) Kilroy, 90 of Mourne Abbey, County Cork passed away peacefully March 29, 2022.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas Joseph Kilroy (retired Captain of the NYPD). Loving mother of Thomas M. Kilroy (Nancy). Proud grandmother of Meghan and Kaitlyn. Pre-deceased by her dear brother and sister, Thomas and Ellen. Survived by her loving siblings, Philomena, Maureen, Michael and Patrick. Also survived by many cherished nephews and nieces.

Kitty was known for her style and grace, as well as her shopping and cooking (especially her Irish Soda Bread). She was the perfect host to the many dinner parties she held for her family and friends. She also loved to attend any Irish dance that was being held and would always grab someone to dance the Stack of Barley. Kitty never missed marching along Fifth Avenue to celebrate St. Patrick's Day Parade with the County Cork Association, where she was a proud member, along with her late husband Tom for many years.
