Brian Joseph McCarthy passed away on April 7th, 2025 surrounded by his beloved family. He was the first born child to Tim and Kitty McCarthy who emigrated from Co. Kerry, Ireland to Brooklyn. He raised four children in Windsor Terrace and was a teacher at Bishop Ford High School for 30 plus years. While living in Windsor Terrace he loved spending time in Prospect Park and taking his dogs for long walks. He was part of Holy Name Parish and Holy Name Father's Guild. He had five grandchildren who kept him young. He spent his summers in the Catskills, loved bike riding and visiting New York City. He recently moved to the Jersey Shore and loved visiting the beach. His greatest joy in life was spending time with Joanne, his children, grandchildren, and his siblings. He will be greatly missed by his family and all his friends who loved him.
