On October 29, 2022 God wrapped Beatrice in his arms and carried her home to heaven. She was met by her dear husband John Rearer (Jack) and her beloved parents Mary and Robert McDonnell. Also there to greet her were her loving sister and brothers, Kathleen and James McGetrick, Robert and Mary McDonnell and Francis McDonnell. Beatrice leaves behind her children Christopher and loving daughter in law, Andrea, Alison, Bruce, Kerry and her devoted son in law, Dave. She had an abiding love for her four grandchildren, Brendan and his wife Emily, Devin, Maureen and Meagan and her great granddaughter Magnolia. Beatrice was happily awaiting the arrival of her second great grandchild in December.

Beatrice's greatest legacy is the importance of faith and family that she instilled in her children. She derived great happiness in knowing that her children were each other's best friends and have a very close and loving relationship with each other.

We thank God for the wonderful gift of having her with us for so many years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
