Barbara M. Higgins (nee Conlin) passed away peacefully on April 20, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  Beloved wife of 44 years to the late Charles J. (Charlie).  Loving daughter of the late Elizabeth and James Conlin.  Cherished mother of Robert (Tara), Joan Kirk (John), Charles, and Richard (Christine).  Dear sister of Patricia Kelly and the late James J., Jr., and sister-in-law of Rita Doody.  Proud grandmother of Robby, Lilly, John Patrick, Angel, Madison, and Colin.  She is also survived by her loving niece, nephews, and cousins.

Barbara was a member of the St. Anselm Young at Heart Club, the Bay Ridge Senior Center, the Society of the Little Flower, the Blessed John Paul II Shrine, and the Heritage Foundation.  Barbara loved reading, writing, charitable causes, politics, and shopping for bargains!  She will be missed dearly.
