Ann (O'Callaghan) Regan was born in Gun Point Schull, County Cork, Ireland. She was one of seven children. In 1948, Ann immigrated to America and she worked as a Nanny in Manhattan before marrying Francis (Frank) Regan in 1951. They raised four children, Joseph, Michael, Anne Marie and Mary who married Denise, Michele, Gary and Joe, respectively. Her husband Francis passed away in 1980 and her son Michael passed away in 1991. She has six grandchildren, Michael (Yasmin), Danny, Robert, Ryan, Conor, and Jack. Ann was a caring and loving person with a deep Catholic faith. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren and had always been there to help a neighbor in need. After her children were raised she worked for many years at the Holy Family Nursing Home which was run by the Little Sisters of the Poor. She is a role model for all who got to know her. Ann had a wonderful sense of humor and was very energetic. She was also an avid Mets fan.
