Ann C.
Delaney Apasewicz
d. Jul 15, 2026
Ann Apasewicz (Delaney), 66, passed away on July 15, 2026. Born to Christopher Edward Delaney and Anna Christina Delaney, Ann was the youngest child and only daughter among seven children. She was preceded in death by her six brothers—Martin, Michael, Jim, Christopher, William and Kevin—making her both the last born and the last to leave this earth.
Ann is survived by her daughter Danielle and her twin sons Stephen and Daniel, whom she had with her husband Stephen Apasewicz. She was a loving Grandma to her son Stephen’s children — Cillian, Declan, and Loralei and loving Nana to Tony's grandson Jesse. She is also survived by her loving longtime partner Tony Bartkowski, with whom she shared many adventures traveling the world. In one of her final journeys, she was able to revisit Ireland — a place she had not returned to since she was 16 years old — where she joyfully reconnected with descendants of her family whom she hadn’t seen in decades.
Ann was a force of nature: fiercely independent, headstrong, and resilient. She overcame many obstacles throughout her life with remarkable strength and determination. Known for her tough spirit and no-nonsense approach, she lived life fully on her own terms and inspired those around her.
Though she left us too soon, Ann’s memory will live on through her children, grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends who cherished her. Her legacy is one of courage, love, and unbreakable independence.
