Albert Worthington Davis peacefully passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 97.

A life-long resident of Brooklyn, Al cherished and was cherished by the late Evelyn Davis, his wife of 74 years. Together they built a life nearly unmatched in its love and longevity. While owning and operating Bay Ridge's busiest dry cleaner and helping to raise six children, Al somehow found time to serve on the boards of his children's schools and attend about a million meetings.  If his children were involved, so was he. His dedication to the Franciscan and Xaverian orders was tireless. He amazed us with his boundless energy and enthusiasm for life.

In addition to Evelyn, Albert was predeceased by their son Kevin.  He is survived by five children: Bro. Brian, CFX; Myles; Michael (Richard DeFuccio, dec.); Nancy (Frederick Roffman); and Edward (Marlene) Davis; as well as his adoring grandsons, Robert, Ryan and Michael Davis and Luke and Kyle Roffman; and many nieces and nephews.

Al leaves a legacy of remarkable service to his community and a profound love of family. He will always live in our hearts.
